2. Product Information
Product images, specifications, and compatibility information are provided for reference. While we verify fitment for listed models, buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their specific model year variant before placing orders. USD prices shown are wholesale reference prices and are subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed in the written quotation.
3. Orders and Quotations
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a binding order. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a formal proforma invoice and receive your deposit payment. All wholesale orders are subject to our MOQ of 100 sets per inquiry.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed per quotation. Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For small orders, alternative payment methods may be available through our Alibaba international store.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) are agreed per order. Estimated transit times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. BMC Factory is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. See our Shipping page for detailed Incoterm information.
6. Warranty
3 months.
